Returning users, log in to register for new events or review previously submitted entries and information.
Studios who make a $250 deposit or payment towards their registration fees will be given priority status of inclusion at their selected event. Studios may create a registration without a deposit or payment of fees. However, studios without any payment will not be guaranteed a placement in preferred event. In situations where an event is at or near capacity, a studio without any type of payment will be contacted prior to the deletion of their registration to confirm their interest in the event and will be given the opportunity to make a payment at that time should they desire to proceed with their registration. In all cases, payment in full is due 30 days in advance of event.
In addition, each Studio Director must obtain in advance of the event a signed waiver for each registered dancer as well as all attending directors and teachers. These waivers must be received by Fusion 5 days in advance of the event or submitted upon check in at the event. If submitting at the event, please note, no dancer will be allowed entry until waivers have been received.
All guests of dancers will also be required to submit a signed waiver prior to entry.
