What We're Looking For:

Experienced dance judges with studio, choreography, or performance backgrounds

Where We Travel: We tour every weekend during competition season
throughout the Southeast and surrounding regions.
You don’t need to be local to every event — just willing to travel!

A: Nope! We offer flexible scheduling. You can work a few weekends, a few, or join us for a full season — just let us know your availability.
Q: I’ve never worked an event before. Can I still apply?
A: Yes! For event staff, we provide training and pair you with experienced team members. As long as you’re reliable, organized, and high-energy, we want to hear from you.
Q: What does Fusion cover for travel?
A: We handle flights or gas mileage, hotel accommodations, and food. You just bring your suitcase and good vibes.
Q: Do I need to live in the Southeast?
A: Not at all — we hire team members from across the country. As long as you're willing to travel to our events, you're good to go.
Q: Is this a volunteer role or a paid job?
A: This is a paid, seasonal role with competitive compensation. Plus, you'll get Fusion gear and other staff perks!
